The VIP Express ATF EFT File Livescan Fingerprint service allows you the ability to obtain the electric EFT file for the ATF eforms, Form 1 or Form 4. You will receive a uploadible file for the appropriate section of the eforms website or for a FFL dealer. *** Note: Please bring a jump drive to put EFT file on. To control the best schedule that fits your needs in a more flexible manner select the time and date that works for you. In and out on your time frame.
